Made from 100% Seyval Blanc. This vintage created a wonderfully fresh and crisp sparkling wine. The palate has zesty orange and grapefruit notes with tropical fruits and subtle minerality. Time on lees has added richness and texture. Addition of 0.8g/l sugar post fermentation has softened the balance for those enjoying a slightly sweeter sparkling wine.
