VENN VALLEY DEVON WHITE
A dry single varietal wine, light & crisp with high acidity. Aromas and flavours of citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, and a noticeable minerality.
VENN VALLEY DEVON ROSE
A complex rosé wine, light & crisp with delicate red fruit notes of Pinot Noir, peach, melon & floral notes of Seyval, Ortega & Madeline Angevine. Ortega also giving a noticeable spicy quality. All complimented with a grapefruit tang, forming the base of a lengthy aftertaste.
VENN VALLEY PINOT ROSÉ
With crisp acidity, delicate strawberry, red cherry and rose petal notes and an attractive herbaceous note on the finish.
FIRST RELEASE
Made from 100% Seyval Blanc. This vintage created a wonderfully fresh and crisp sparkling wine. The palate has zesty orange and grapefruit notes with tropical fruits and subtle minerality. Time on lees has added richness and texture. Addition of 0.8g/l sugar post fermentation has softened the balance for those enjoying a slightly sweeter sparkling wine.
SPECIAL RESERVE
Slightly drier than our First Release as no sugar was added post fermentation. Made from 100% Seyval Blanc and perfectly balanced, this vintage created a wonderfully fresh and crisp sparkling wine. The palate has zesty orange and grapefruit notes with tropical fruits and subtle minerality. Time on lees has added richness and texture.
